The Chinese cuisine is good at this restaurant. Cooks at Kazi Kitchen Thiruvalla do their best to provide guests with tasty pepper chicken, salads and mandi. Visited for lunch and found that only Alfam and Mandi were available – luckily, both were excellent choices. We tried the regular Alfam Mandi and Honey Chilli Alfam. The mandi rice was simple yet flavorful. The Alfam was served with roomali roti, which was thin, soft, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was the highlight – tender, juicy, and very fresh. The Honey Chilli Alfam added a nice twist with its sweet and spicy glaze. Overall, a limited but satisfying lunch. I ordered a quarter chicken manthi and was pleasantly surprised to receive it within just 5 minutes of placing the order. The food was delicious, the ambience was great, and the customer service was truly impressive. A special mention to staff associate Alwin, who was exceptionally kind and delivered outstanding service. Kudos to such young professionals for their warmth and dedication!
