Black Fort Cafe And Grill Resto Thiruvalla is a great place to dine with family and friends. The ambience is fantastic, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The menu has a wide variety of dishes from starters to main courses, including some Arabic dishes. The parking space is also sufficient. The customer service is good, but the food could have been better. Unfortunately, none of us were pleased with the food. The Tandoori roti was over burnt and the Shezwan noodles had no trace of sauce. The Beef Steak, Al Faham Chicken, Alfredo Chicken Pasta, Chicken Fried Rice & Lemon Juice, however, had the WOW factor. The Honey glazed chicken steak was also awesome. The Peach Smoothie was too sweet, and the Chicken Burger patty was dry. Overall, the experience was not bad, but could have been better.

The restaurant is highly over rated, the chicken lollipop, the dragon chicken was literally tasteless , and the soda lime was not good enough. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Great energy within the team,. Amazing suggestion by the staff... Highly recommend the butter alfham. Also can't go without mentioning the kumbucha and the lassi. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We recently visited Black Fort Restaurant in Thiruvalla, and it was a wonderful experience! They offer an impressive variety of dishes and combos that cater to all kinds of cravings. We tried their shawarma and the putt beef combo. The shawarma was good — flavorful and nicely prepared, though not the very best we’ve had. However, the real highlight was the putt and beef combo, which was absolutely delicious! The beef was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor, pairing wonderfully with the soft putt. Beyond the food, the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The service was excellent too — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Overall, Black Fort is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to try a variety of dishes with great service and atmosphere. Highly recommended!
