I have today a few hours before visited this restaurant viz Balaji Bhawan in Pondy Bazar , T Nagar . I found the customer service was very very poor . I found also the quality of food items served was very bad in taste , worst and lousy . The quality isn’t at all comparable to the prices they charged . On the whole, I made a mistake of visiting this hotel along with two of my relatives who were from abroad . I have registered my impression in the review book maintained by them as well . I will never again visit this hotel in future . Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Vegetarian options: Nothing

A good option for vegetarian menu. It's one of the oldest veg restaurant serving good authentic South Indian, North Indian & Chinese dishes. The location is very prime in busy shopping area. All the items are fresh & tasty Meals on leaves is also good. The rates are reasonable & one should try the filter coffee. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: They have branches in other areas also.

Panner Manchurian Gravy was almost raw, not even cooked 50%. Didn't expect this from Shri Balaajee Bhavan. Happy with all the remaining dishes.
