Pathetic experience at Bask. Waited almost 50 minutes for food that never came. We were repeatedly told “5 more minutes,” only to later hear there was a network issue and our order never reached the kitchen. If there was truly a network issue, we shouldn’t have received the drink, and other tables wouldn’t have been served normally. When it started drizzling, we were told there was no space inside. Though there was plenty of space available ( we came to know when we were leaving) We finally left hungry & frustrated, paid for the drink ( ofcourse). Complete negligence and terrible service. Will never return or recommend. thanks for your reply. @Bask by Coffee? (owner) This happened at Bask kasturi ranga road on 24th Jan. we reached there by 12.55 and left by 1.50 pm without having lunch. what more details u want? i dont know the name of any staff or manager. Service: 1
