The ambience at Seta is really good and quite pleasant. The service was also good and the staff were attentive. The food, however, was just okayish and didn’t quite match the expectations. One major concern was hygiene — we noticed a rat running around near the kitchen area. For a 5-star hotel like Hilton, this is really not acceptable at all. Pest control and hygiene standards definitely need immediate attention. Overall, the experience was mixed and could be much better with improved food quality and stricter cleanliness.
