A Memorable Dining Experience at Zen – Kudos to Chef Naresh Sharma and Kaustav! We had an unforgettable dinner tonight at Zen, and we owe it entirely to the incredible skills of Chef Naresh Sharma and the warm, attentive service provided by Kaustav. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece. We started with the Avocado Tarts—fresh, creamy, and full of flavor—followed by perfectly steamed Dimsums that melted in the mouth. The Pad Thai Noodles were beautifully balanced, with just the right touch of sweetness and spice, and the Burnt Garlic Rice with Vegetables and Tofu was aromatic, hearty, and utterly satisfying. Dessert was equally spectacular. The Milk Cake with Ice Cream was a rich and comforting finale, while the Sesame Ice Cream added an unexpectedly delightful twist—nutty, smooth, and wonderfully unique. Kaustav went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu. His recommendations were thoughtful and absolutely spot-on, enhancing our dining experience from the very first bite to the last spoonful of dessert.
