Food is decent, but overpriced. I would have been OK with it, but service is pathetic. Even though the restaurant was half empty, and many waiters hanging around, nobody bothered to check on our table! Not once, but throughout the evening! Very disappointing. This is not what I expected from a Leela restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

To be honest the quality of the food in Zen is appalling and dropped drastically. It was horrible both taste wise and presentation. Apparently a lot of cornstarch is epitome for chinese cuisine. All the dishes was doused in it to the extent the food was congealed and only flavor one could taste was of cornstarch. Obviously the chef has no clue on how to cook chinese cuisine.
