I visited Zen for my wife’s birthday, and the experience turned out to be truly special. We had ordered a Green Chicken Thai Curry, but due to a small mix-up the chef prepared a vegetarian green curry instead. What really stood out was how gracefully the team handled it. They were extremely apologetic, immediately offered to remake the dish, and prepared a fresh Green Chicken Thai Curry for us without any hesitation. To make up for the mistake, they also surprised us with a complimentary coconut ice cream, which was such a thoughtful gesture. More than the food, it was the warmth, politeness, and genuine friendliness of the staff that made our evening memorable. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way the team handled it made our celebration even more special. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday dinner such a lovely experience.
