A nice café with good ambience and views. We had ordered Chicken Thukpa, Shepherd's Pie, bruschetta with vegetables, Cheese omelette (!), Fresh lime soda, tomato soup and masala tea. There were three of us. The portions were decent. Shepherds pie was easily the best we've had in a while. Our server kept a discreet eye on us and we did not have to wait for ordering etc. Pricing was reasonable. Might come to the café whenever we visit next. "Savoy Café Mussoorie — The taste was good and decent. Prices are a bit high, but so is the quality. The place is hygienic and quite peaceful, perfect for spending some quiet time. The manager’s behavior was excellent — super friendly and helpful."
