We had a awesome stay , Dipul guided us very well all about the place and about Mussoorie , We had a great visit and was very comfortable and cozy stay , warm staff . Must visit place .

"I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with MakeMyTrip (MMT) and Heart of Landour. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was denied accommodation, and the staff at Heart of Landour were unprofessional and unhelpful.Heart of landaur manager customer support has been unresponsive and uncooperative, refusing to acknowledge their mistake or provide a satisfactory solution. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking with heart of landaur. Date January 1 2026
