Food quality specially white curd is very very bad and attitude of staff is very rude. They can't take the feedbacks. They are only proud of few swiggy paid certificates . I asked manager name , but they said some sardar ji from Delhi office has come. As told by Waiter Puskar. Smelly and dirty washrooms. Manager and chef is drunk at night hours. Untidy rooms with poor quality service. Food very bad quality. Please do not visit this hotel worst place for new people. What a “Delightful” Disaster – Thanks for Nothing, Sandooz! Wow, where do I even begin? As someone who actually liked the Sandooz chain, I walked into this outlet expecting a decent meal and maybe a half-decent experience. Instead, I got an absolute masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a smell so foul it could probably qualify as a biohazard. Seriously, I wasn’t sure if I’d entered a restaurant or a neglected garbage dump. Ambiance? More like an olfactory assault. Now let’s talk about the furniture – if you’re into dirt-caked chairs and tables that look like they haven’t been cleaned since the stone age, then you’re in for a treat. The chairs were so visibly filthy I felt like I needed a hazmat suit just to sit down. Nothing screams fine dining like visible grime and stains, right? And who needs heating, huh? Apparently, freezing your guests is part of the new "Sandooz Signature Experience." I came to enjoy a meal, not reenact a scene from Frozen. Oh, and the washrooms? Let’s just say I’ve seen cleaner facilities at roadside dhabas – and I’m being generous. Dirty, unhygienic, and absolutely disgusting. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, they did. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I left not just disappointed but genuinely angry. This outlet is an embarrassment to the brand, and unless the management wakes up and fixes this mess, it’s only going to keep driving loyal customers away.
