2. One of the Best Cafés in Mussoorie – A Must Visit! Cafe Hinge is an absolute gem tucked away on Mall Road. The moment you step in, you're welcomed by cozy wooden interiors, warm lighting, and a calming vibe that perfectly matches the charm of the hills. The food is excellent – we tried the Creamy Pesto Pasta, Wood-Fired Pizza, and Banana Nutella Waffle, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The coffee and hot chocolate were outstanding – perfect for a chilly Mussoorie evening. Staff was courteous and attentive, and the service was quick despite the café being fairly busy. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion size. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mussoorie.
