Salut as the meaning tells it is used to express friendly feelings towards one's companions before drinking, The place is perfectly named.????
Location:
This gastropub is located in Jayanagar 3rd block right opposite to Biba and Max fashion stores. Can easily identify the place :)
Ambience:
Ambience is pretty interesting and unique!
The first floor is the common family dining hall with clean and we'll arranged chairs and tables. They do have balcony seating in this floor too with all the plants kept.
The second floor is the gastropub or brewery place where it is open for everyone for smokers as well as for non-smokers.
The arrangement is attractive and is spacious.
They have live screening too with the grass walls all around.
The next floor has some of the good graffiti walls and has DJ platform where you can dance for the songs which they play????
Food:
1)Salut special veggies basket- this was something different, didn't expect to be this good but I would recommend you to try this.
The plate consists of 4 different combined starters with a chilly mayo sauce.
2) Paneer tikka- the paneer was perfectly roasted with the vegetables. Loved it!
3) Bell peppy pizza- Toppings ok the pizza was quiet good, can try once.
4) Mexican fried ice-cream- ordered this fried ice-cream as it sounded different. When the name "Mexican" was there on the menu, thought it would be spicy and tangy. But was totally disappointed when the dessert arrived. The fried ice-cream was okay but didn't expect so much of tomatoes to be garnished on it!
Service:
Service was really really quick and the staff were courteous :)
Do visit this place and have a great time with family and friends :)
