I thought the place and food will be awesome and booked for my daughter birthday.. At the begining only they made us feel not good. They have not kept tat starters to serve by ourselves. Instead they only come and serve.. While serving they only serve once and if we ask them to serve again they say we wil get and they dont turn up.. Really they make us to wait a lot and waiting for long time we only tend to go for main course instead of waiting for starters. Not worth the money to visit. Tha place is also very conjested ... staff are not good.. all the items in tray wil be empty only.. we shud keep asking them to refill all the items again and again.. i suggest pls dnt pick the place for the buffet.. its not worth.. intead choose some opther options.. I was very disappointed with my recent visit to the Cable Car restaurant. The way the staff and the manager treated us was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. We had only shifted to another table with the permission of one of the staff members, yet later they denied giving us permission. This caused a big and unnecessary scene. We were spoken to very rudely and told to move back immediately, even while we were eating. They claimed the table was “reserved,” but there was no reserved sign placed on it at all. After this incident, we didn’t even feel like eating. We just stopped midway and sat there talking for a while before leaving. We couldn’t even finish a proper meal — it completely spoiled the mood. To make things worse, the staff stopped serving us properly and didn’t even care to attend to our requests. The food quality was also below expectations, which added to the disappointment. Overall, the experience was truly unsatisfactory, both in terms of service and food. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
