If you want to taste some delicious indian wine or good whiskey, Saffron JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu is a nice choice for you. Coffee is great, try it.

I have been visiting Saffron for nearly a decade now, with a yearly tradition of dining at this restaurant. But unfortunately, after my last experience, I have to rate it 1 star. We decided to go for the Iftaar Platter. First issue? Price change at the last minute! I was initially quoted 2500, made my reservation, and invited all my guests. Then, just 3-4 hours before the event, I get a call saying the price has increased to 2800. Like seriously? As if I could change my venue after inviting everyone? That left me with no choice but to go ahead with it. Next, I asked if I could use my Marriott 50% vouchers—DENIED. Fine. Then I asked about my membership card for a 25% discount, and they said YES. (Remember this part.) Now, if a restaurant is organizing an Iftaar set menu, they should be prepared to serve food ON TIME but no, the food came 5-10 minutes late. We had also ordered extra kheema samosas, which were never delivered. Now let’s talk about taste—brutally honest? It used to be a 10/10, but now it has dropped to a 3/10! We used to be super excited for this meal, but not anymore. We even called the chef (whose picture I’m attaching) to share our feedback. And WOW the arrogance! No basic ethics of talking to customers, no politeness—nothing. We are the paying customers, and THIS is the way we get treated? Absolutely unacceptable. And now, the final cherry on top —when the bill came, approximately 40k, I asked for the membership discount, and guess what? DENIED. After all that discussion, no solution, no help—just a big disappointment. So this is a BIG NO from us from now on. IDK if we’ll ever return to Saffron, and honestly, I don’t think we will.
