Service and ambience was good. There is a weird super artificial smell when you enter though, that can make you feel giddy. Staff and services are fine. The food we had was shit though. The 'gourmet falafel ' was cheap, soggy and weird. Increase the price if it's not fitting the budget but please serve the real thing. The crunchy chicken wrap okayish... we thought it would be a nice crispy wrap.... the only crunch was the capsicum. Coffee was okay. Ordered a 'hazelnut coffee love ' barely any hazelnut or the flavor in it. More like regular coffee. The mocha cold coffee was good. I mean you guys are doing such a good job in establishing this brand. The book shelves, color books, several manual coffee displays are all really nice, but a lot of things could've been better. We don't always want to go to 'posh' places. It is more about the quality and vibe. I hope this will be taken as constructive feedback and not a backlash. As for someone who went for the first time I will not be visiting again, it's not standing out as an f&b outlet as there are multiple around doing better in terms of the main things like food and service.

Exceptionally rude and unacceptable behaviour by staff. The lady here who was serving had absolute dis regard for what I had concern. I had ordered egg sandwich where I found hair in the sandwich. When i informed and showed they r very indifferent and did not bother to offer an apology nor inform what to do next. I went again and asked if there was a store manager available and she informed me tat there was her senior who was seated inside and I asked her if I could talk to her.She then informed her senior to come out from behind the store, and she got angry at the junior and yelled at her saying go tell i cannot come. Exceptionally rude and incompetent store staff.Kindly train the store staff on handling customer complaints as they lacked even the modicum of decency to talk or handle the situation. Kindly do not visit the store on weekdays. I was the only customer here today and they had no idea how to even manage this. Both employees kept quarrelling loudly as to why the other was called or involved since both dint want to even talk or address.
