I think Ironhill Bengaluru is a great place for solo diners who enjoy good food, craft beer, and a calm, laid-back vibe. I visited on Varamahalakshmi and went for vegetarian options. The fungi di quattro formaggio pizza was rich, cheesy, and packed with mushrooms, onions, and herbs. The pesto grilled cheese burger was light and tasty, and the potato wedges were perfectly crisp. I tried the beer sampler, the Afterlife Ale was my favorite (smooth and low bitterness), Sincity Cider, Wonderland Wheat, and Season Finale were also enjoyable. I didn’t like the Sinnerman Stout, it's a bit too bitter for my taste, though stout fans might feel differently. I went solo, listened to music, read a book, and had a peaceful afternoon. The ambiance is beautiful with a koi pond, greenery, a little bridge, and both indoor and outdoor seating (smoking and non-smoking areas). Service was excellent, the host showed me to my table, and Sasmita, the attendent, was polite and attentive. You can even see into the kitchen from outside, and it looked very clean and everything ran like clockwork! From a previous visit, I’d recommend the buffalo chicken wings, It's spicy (made my eyes and nose water!) but seriously tasty. For dessert, the mango tres leches and chocolate mud cake crumble were both solid choices. Only thing worth noting: not many rice-based vegetarian options, which might matter if you're bringing older folks who prefer traditional meals. Not a drawback, it's just something to keep in mind. Overall, a chill and satisfying experience. Great food, good beer, and a lovely place to unwind.
