Good food with good quality. Taste: The taste they serve is really commendable, somewhat near to that dhaba flavour. Cleanliness: 10/10 for cleanliness if consider. The staff do their best to keep the tables and utensils clean. Staff: Would give special mention to staffs kindness and how well dressed they look in that traditional kurtas. They are very polite and co-operative. Interior : The interior they have is resemblance of actual dhaba we get on rural areas with khaats and small table with some wooden interiors, which gives you aa if you are really sitting in some outskirts or highways where we find dhabas in actual. Today, my family and I went out for lunch. We ordered various dishes at chulha chauki da dhaba, but unfortunately, we discovered an insect in the egg Biryani. It appears that the kitchen may not be properly cleaned or the vegetables are not being washed thoroughly. Although they apologized for the incident, I am concerned that the same Biryani might be served to others, which clearly violates food safety standards.
