I would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the food quality and hygiene standards at imperio restaurant. I have been a regular visitor, dining there at least once a month. However, in recent visits, the experience has been consistently disappointing. During my dinner today, the food served — particularly the meat — was clearly not fresh and seemed to be from the previous day. It was not properly cooked and had an unpleasant taste. I even informed the staff member attending our table about the issue, and he acknowledged it, saying he would ensure the next orders would be better. This clearly indicates that the food served was indeed not fresh. Serving stale or leftover food is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are paying full price. Due to this, my mother fell sick with stomach upset after consuming the meal. I request that the concerned food safety authorities inspect this restaurant at the earliest to ensure food quality and public safety.
