It was fantastic service given by Ms Nimya and food was really amazing. We ordered chicken grill , grill tandoori paneer, Paneer makhanwala and roti , all the items were delicious. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

We had a truly wonderful dining experience at Imperio Restaurant, and what stood out the most was their exceptional hospitality at every level. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Although the valet service was not available at the time, Mr. Tilak, the floor manager, personally received us and ensured everything was handled smoothly, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. A special mention to Laxmi, who explained the menu and ongoing offers in a very detailed and patient manner. She made excellent recommendations and took great care of us throughout our meal. Her attentiveness and polite approach really enhanced our overall experience. Coming to the food, we tried a variety of dishes including the platter, idly, idiyappam, parotta, fresh watermelon juice, and dessert. Every item was well-prepared, tasty, and satisfying. The flavors were balanced, portions were good, and the presentation was appealing. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. What truly made this visit memorable was the staff’s thoughtfulness. Even though we didn’t ask, they proactively provided an additional carry bag after noticing the number of items we had. Since we were visiting with a newborn, the team went the extra mile by helping us carry our items all the way to the gate, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Overall, Imperio Restaurant delivers not just good food but outstanding hospitality. The entire team was courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring.
