After you have seen Pune Tribal Museum, come to this restaurant. You will be offered Chinese and Indian cuisines at Prem's Restaurant. Mr. Surendra was very helpful and prompt in his service. The ambience was good and the food recommendations by the staff were wonderful. Excellent service by the entire team at Prems. Would highly recommend visiting Prems for your next outing!

Im writing to formally lodge a complain against Prem's Restaurant Koregaon Park Pune for an incident occurred on the auspicious occasion oh Mahashivratri (26/02/2025), which has caused immense mental distress & emotional trauma to me & my family. On this day, i placed an order via Zomato for paneer butter masala & 2 naan for my children, as the rest of my family was observing a religious fast. However instead of vegetarian dish i ordered, the restaurant delivered Chicken sabji to my residence. We belong to a Bhramin family that strictly follows a vegetarian diet & my parents do not even consume onion & garlic due to our religious beliefs. Upon realising the mistake we immediately contacted Prem's restaurant to rectify the issue. However the response from the restaurant was highly casual, dismissive & lacking any sense of accountability, further aggravating our distress. This incident had deeply hurt our religious sentiments. My wife being a pure vegetarian Bhramin suffered from extreme nausea & vomiting due to this incident. Even my kids slept empty stomach ! Even kids started vomiting & did not eat anything: that made me feel more guilty. Given the seriousness of this matter, I strongly believe that this act may not have been an inadvertent mistake but rather a deliberate & intentional act, which is unacceptable on the part of the restaurant. Such action not only violate consumer rights but also amount to insensitive & unethical business practice. I hear by demand that zomato take immediate action & strict action against Prem's restaurant, including but not only limited to formal apology. I expect a prompt response & resolution to this matter as its a matter of trust & faith. Zomato executive was supposed to revert me via mail in an hour after reporting the incident to them but till now no response from your side. This also show the seriousness of Zomato towards their valued customers.
