Bad experience with management at Kyma: I am a practicing Muslim, and asked if the meat that was being served at the restaurant was certified halal/kosher, and asked for a certificate proving the same. I was told by the store manager, that although the food indeed was halal, they could not provide a certificate proving it- and that this was an upper management decision. This leads me to believe that the management is being very duplicitous - and makes me suspect that the FOH staff may claim that their sourced meat is halal without it actually being so. Please be clear in your messaging, and do not misguide customers. Either you can back up your claims, or do not claim something in the first place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
