After enjoying Inter National Institute of Fashion Design, it may be a good idea to visit Smoor Lounge. Many people come to order good chicken dumplings, calzone pizza and pies. Tasty blueberry cheesecakes, macarons and chocolate cakes will impress you at the first bite. Delicious hot chocolate, cappuccino or chocolate milk are worth trying here.

Disappointing Experience – Quality and Service DeterioratedToday’s visit to Smoor was quite disappointing. The quantity and quality of food have noticeably deteriorated.We initially ordered 3 coffees and a pan-seared chicken, which we were told would take at least 15 minutes to prepare. Meanwhile, we added a few more items to our order. While all the other dishes were served, the pan-seared chicken was completely missed. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it, by which time we had already finished our other food.The same staff member who took our chicken order also took an order for a butter croissant. Although we ordered two, only one was brought to our table. We didn’t complain, as the croissant was extremely disappointing — not fresh, very hard, lacking any crispiness. It felt like eating plain bread. We’ve had croissants at small local cafes too, and they were far better than what we were served here.To top it off, we ordered a strawberry pistachio tart, which was hard to even cut through with a knife. There was no noticeable pistachio flavor — it was bland and underwhelming.While the coffees were acceptable, Smoor is known for its desserts and chocolate — not just coffee. If that’s all that’s decent now, it’s a letdown.Overall: • Poor service • Missed orders • Stale and disappointing desserts • No value for a premium brand experienceIt’s high time the management looks into maintaining the standards Smoor was once known for.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Smoor lounge, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Ambiance: The lounge offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which was a great escape from the. The seating was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light coming through the large windows. Cleanliness: The lounge was clean and well-maintained. Staff were seen regularly tidying up, and the restrooms were spotless. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mango Basil Cheesecake Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
