Absolutely pathetic service, the staff is super uncoordinated and forget orders.. we costed the place today, and placed a simple order of a margarita pizza and a hazelnut hot chocolate.. we waited for 20 minutes after which a waiter comes and tell us he has forgotten our order.. we placed again the same order. He brought a hot chocolate with dark chocolate.. and only after tasting and returning for the waiter mention the hazelnut flavor is over.. I mean ridiculous.. we cancelled our order and left the place disappointed.. they wasted 45 minutes of our time with no food and absolutely poor seevice.. I don’t recommend this franchise at all… super thakela staff with super bakwas service :(. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
