The quality of the food has gone down tremendously now. Taste and quality is average. Ordered Items:Paneer Africano, jalapeño cheese poppers, paneer shashlik sizzlers.Only Godiva chocolate mousse was good.

We’ve been visiting this place regularly for a long time — it used to be our comfort spot. However, our recent experiences have been disappointing due to the behavior of one staff member, Sajan (or Sajit, the waiter).He has been consistently rude and unwelcoming, enforcing unnecessary restrictions of his own even when the manager had no issues. During our last visit, he even said, “I’ll remember you next time you visit” — which came across as unnecessarily aggressive and borderline threatening.This isn’t the first time we’ve had trouble with him either. Because of his attitude, we no longer feel comfortable coming here, despite loving the food and atmosphere. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously — one person’s behavior shouldn’t drive loyal customers away.

I visited "Pop Tate's R Mall Mulund" last year for my own marriage party which I gave to my office staff.I must say this is a very nice place for couples, friends as well as office staff. They have a nice ambience with nice music.For drinks, they have smiley hours which have 1+1 offer till 7:30 pm and post that they have 2+1 offers on selected drinks till 10:30. The place is good for drinks, but regarding the snacks and foods, the rates are high and quantity is less.Yet they managed to keep the good quality and taste which is still the best thing.This place is having smoking zones too.R mall is famous for such food restaurants and theaters.
