They have a very good potential for growth. The food is good but there is way more to go for authentic pizza but of what we get in trivandrum they are good and the prize is also ok. There focus point is couples and also the very young generation. So it is made to feed two in a good way. I would highley recommend them to consider adding a larger as well as a smaller size. The pizza crust is soft and is good, but should increase the topping to 10% more. The pizza sause is also good, but has to do better on the barbique sause, more sause is a must. The atmosphere is good but its draining. Have to focus on cleaning. The menu is coted with ketchup. The wall is turing black coz of the dust. They have enough staff to do the cleaning as well but should feel it as important. Have the potential but the ditermination is draining out. I beleve they started good and now when people are getting to know they are starting to roll down the hill. Its not late if you have the must so attitude. Focus on clealiness and also on giving the customer the experience of being at your place. The pizzas were so tasty. Ample fillings and the crust is perfectly made. Not a hard-core food writer to write in detail.. in simple words , very very delicious , highly recommended.
