So poor right now, it was really good and the service was excellent before . Now it's so worse.. won't pick the call won't return call or return msg, late delivery. Even the cappuccino is bad in house.. give somw training or get new staffs.. when Patrick and all was there the service was the best. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

i ordered 3 times from here..out of that 2 times they delivered wrong items...they wrote not available in the receipt and send me whatever they had..very bad experience...if u dont have what we order..u should refund...dont give things that no one buys!

I had a very bad experience with Muffin House, Poongumoodu. I ordered through Swiggy: 2 egg puffs, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 sweet bun, and 1 veg burger. But the chicken sandwich was missing from my order. When we contacted the Muffin House , he said the chicken sandwich was already sold out. But on Swiggy it was clearly shown as in stock, and that’s why I ordered it. This is completely unacceptable. If an item is sold out, it should not be shown as available. Also, there was no call or message before sending the order. This shows worst and careless service. Please update stock properly and check orders before dispatch. Customers should not suffer because of your mistakes. Very disappointed. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1
