I had an extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order at 11 PM from Oven Story, Palayam, and the order was handed over to the Swiggy delivery partner after almost an hour's delay. When I finally received the pizzas, they were in unacceptable condition. Both pizzas were cold and stale, with the cheese completely frozen.
