1) staff who took our order didn't even bother to repeat our order to us or ensure he had our order down correctly 2) did not give us a receipt and only gave us one when we asked 3) it was only then that we realised upon getting the receipt that one of the items was incorrect (had asked for an item called along the lines of choco vanilla romance (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) and instead got a chocolate volcano (a choco lava cake)). The item we had originally ordered was also 10 rs cheaper so not sure what their intention was. They also tried to convince us that both items were technically same (they were not) 4) we were only given plates when we asked for it ourselves (after receiving our order) 5) had to wait then ask for each item individually when they forgot to bring it to our table Horrible service overall, and the food was slightly below average. Would not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
