Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut Chingavanam I recently visited Pizza Hut in Chingavanam and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a small pizza, but the manager, Deepu, added extra cheese without even asking me first. This is not good customer service. It’s important to ask customers if they want additional toppings or upgrades before adding them to their order. If I had wanted extra cheese, I would have requested it. Unfortunately, this lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences left me frustrated. I believe that customer service should prioritize clear communication and respect for customer choices. I had a very worst experience at the Pizza Hut branch in Chingavanam yesterday. I arrived around 11:30 PM and was initially informed by one staff member that the shop was closed. As I was leaving, another staff member came outside and informed us that pizza was still available. We decided to order a large pizza as a takeaway. However, when we reached home and opened the packet, it seems that the pizza they sold us was spoiled. The base was completely burned and hard, while the top portion was also slightly burned. This was an extremely unpleasant experience and not what I expected from Pizza Hut. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had. Not going to take the risk again. Ordered 2 Cheesy Comfort white sauce chicken Pasta and they billed and delivered veg pasta instead. I got the bill only with the order and not before making the payment. It was a take away and when called after finding out the mistake they told me there was another same order and it was their mistake. Imagine if there was 10 orders and what they will do.Very disappointed with the service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 2
