Clean ambience, good service, and okay food compared to other places in Chingavanam. Palms Open Kitchen has a neat and clean atmosphere with a pleasant ambience, which makes it comfortable for dining. They offer a decent variety of dishes, and the service is surprisingly good — the staff are polite and attend to customers quickly. The food itself is just okay, not too great but not bad either. However, when compared to other restaurants and hotels in the Chingavanam area, the food quality here is better and more consistent. Overall, it’s not an outstanding restaurant, but considering the options available in Chingavanam, this is definitely one of the better and more reliable places for a clean and comfortable meal. We were here for a quick lunch. Service was fast, food was ok. Ambience is just average. The restaurant has adequate parking.
