Come to this restaurant to try nicely cooked biryani. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Hotel Nivedya Chingavanam is notable for its enjoyable service. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is charming. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I really like to give a review to them. There beef biriyani is very tasty and have much beef pieces. Really i suggest Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Biryani

Worst experience ever. We went with a small baby, very arrogant staff. On purpose offered wrong order. Refused to engage at all. Maintained aggressive body language. Even when owner who sat at counter intervened, this particular staff ensured we had a very bad experience. This was very different from any other place in our Trip through Kerala, where people were very nice, friendly and cordial towards tourist. This is probably the worst restuarant I have ever been to in my life and that too because of one very rude staff. Hope the owner reads this review else this place will lose customers and will shut soon.
