We dined at Peshawri, ITC’s signature North Indian restaurant, but the service was shockingly poor. Despite calling out “excuse me” multiple times, the server ignored us. Something as basic as a spoon had to be requested again and again. Even when serving water, the bottle was left open on the table, and the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. When I highlighted this to the manager, Mr. Vivek, his only response was to smile and say “sorry.” At such a reputed fine dining restaurant, a casual apology does not justify the service lapses. Guests come here to enjoy their evening with good food and good service — not to feel neglected. For the prices charged and the brand name ITC carries, the lack of courtesy and accountability was very disappointing. This experience completely spoiled our evening.
