It was a great experience as always with the ITC welcome group. Very warm and hospitable. The staff is very spontaneous and ready to serve anytime and always. Always kind and smiling. Anil ji at the Jal mahal was very courteous. Bhawani ji and vishal ji at the concierge very helpful and smiling. Hukum ji and harimilas at the floor housekeeping made the morning well equipped with the morning needs. Thank you to all others who helped us in every other way. It was a very short but a memorable stay. It was our mother’s birthday and she enjoyed every bit of it. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jal Mahal Restaurant. The food was truly excellent – every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared, especially the dal bati, which was simply outstanding and took us back to authentic Rajasthani roots. The service was top-notch from start to finish. A special mention to Mr. Chandra and his team, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more delightful. He was extremely warm and attentive, especially with the children – pampering them and ensuring they were happy throughout. It’s rare to find a place that combines such fantastic food with equally impressive hospitality. Highly recommended!
