It is the best place near Madras Crocodile Bank. Enjoy nicely cooked garlic prawns, butter chicken and grilled lamb that are offered at this bar. Come here and try good brulee dessert, brioches and bread pudding. Wine lovers will find it delicious. Great pelican or good white tea are among the most often ordered drinks at Pelican Deck.

There is a beautiful view from this place. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. I had made a reservation through Zomato for a 7 PM dinner to celebrate a special occasion. Upon arriving at the resort, I was given incorrect directions multiple times by staff, with no one appearing to know where the restaurant was located. After much effort and confusion, I finally discovered that Pelican Deck was closed: a fact that was neither communicated beforehand nor mentioned by any of the staff. This lack of proactive communication was extremely disappointing, especially for a restaurant under the Sheraton brand. Adding to the frustration, the resort staff failed to acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology, let alone provide an alternative arrangement to salvage the evening. Poor coordination among staff and a lack of accountability left a sour impression, turning what should have been a memorable celebration into a frustrating ordeal. If these issues are addressed with urgency, the restaurant could live up to its promise. Until then, I would advise potential diners to confirm operational status before visiting. The service here is like the weather, the waiters are either interested in serving you or not, and any slight inconvenience to certain staff will trigger their ego and will behave like toddlers. The cocktails here are the worst, 800rs for a sour tasting glass of horrible liquid. Never again Price per person: ₹600–800 Service: 3

Very poor cistomer service. Went on friday afternoon . The waiter brings the bill before the order is served . Does not leave till you clear the bill . Had to wait for more than 20 minutes before the order was served . Pathetic experienceFinally had to complaint to the manager for this behaviour . Will never visit here again
