They serve some of the best boba drinks in town—super refreshing, not overly sweet, and the texture of the pearls is always on point. Their matcha is rich and earthy (just how I like it), and if you’re into coffee, they whip up a mean iced version that’s smooth and bold. I also recently tried their chocolate drink topped with a torched marshmallow cloud—absolutely dreamy. What makes HOP stand out even more is the vibe. It’s bright, cheerful, and feels like a little pocket of fun, especially with their aesthetic cups and super cute branding. They’ve also got some lovely baked goods that pair perfectly with the drinks—definitely recommend grabbing one if you have a sweet tooth.
