The service is horrible and the staff are super rude especially to non locals but I've learnt to put up with it. The food overall is very mediocre (some items are amazing, some taste horrible) but I go here for some specific items (custard pastry, muffins, chicken items). I absolutely love their custard puff pastry. Also, they actually generously put chicken in their chicken patties and other chicken items unlike all the other bakeries I've visited. The cream pastries are not so good in quality. The puff pastries are delicious but most of them taste the same. You gotta choose your battles in this bakery.
