The service was great, with super helpful and friendly staff, making the experience surreal also the food was amazing loved it. The Patang as always has been the landmark and would be the one to be at the top as it stands revolving around the city.. wonderful experience must visit

Worst experience ever. The service was extremely poor, and everything felt rushed to finish exactly at the end of the allocated 1.5-hour slot. There were no clear options or communication regarding Jain food, which was very disappointing.

The washrooms were filthy, worse than public toilets—completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money.

Valet parking was not available even 5 minutes before our allocated slot, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Although the menu is advertised as unlimited, it took excessive time and repeated requests to get refills.

Overall, a terrible experience with poor management, lack of hygiene, and no attention to customer needs.
