The food buffet options were quite basic, especially considering the steep dinner price of ₹2300 per person. The sitting area was also overcrowded, making it uncomfortable for groups of more than 8 people. However, what really shocked me was the state of the washrooms - they were dirty and poorly maintained. In fact, I found municipal washrooms to be cleaner! It's unimaginable for a renowned restaurant in Ahmedabad to neglect washroom cleanliness, especially when hosting esteemed guests from foreign. The contrast between the expensive dinner and the dirty washrooms was disturbing.

This is my 5th visit to Patang Re-evolve and as always I have always enjoyed the experience in the revolving restaurant. The food was amazingly brought together using different components of mango and put together to produce a great culinary experience. Great service for food and the staff was extremely courteous. Mr Shivam and Mr Praveen handled it very well, explaining the food menu and ingredients. Overall, a memorable dining experience. Service: 5
