After my disappointing experience at Pantry d'or, I took the time to review online feedback from other customers. Unfortunately, I found that many others have had similar issues, including poor service and subpar products. I urge you to take these complaints seriously and take necessary actions to improve your customer experience. Treating customers with disrespect and providing low-quality products is not acceptable, and I hope you will take steps to rectify the situation

I had an utterly disappointing experience at Pantry D'or shop. The ice creams I ordered, Raspberry and celatto Gianduja si, were a disaster. They were rock-hard, almost like ice blocks, and impossible to scoop. The texture was unpleasantly grainy, and the taste was bitter and off-putting. The raspberry flavor, in particular, was overwhelmingly bitter, which was a stark contrast to what I expected.

When I complained to the manager, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Despite not even asking for a replacement, I expected some form of apology or attempt to make things right. he ice cream was literally bitter in taste, and I strongly believe it was spoiled. When we complained about the poor condition and taste, the response was dismissive. They basically told us that the bitter taste was just the 'natural taste of the ice cream' and that they couldn't do anything about it. That was really disappointing and unhelpful. Instead, the service was dismissive and unprofessional.

To add insult to injury, the prices were steep, and the quality of the products and service was nowhere near what I paid for. It's clear that the shop is more focused on appearances than actual customer experience. I hope they take serious steps to improve their products, service, and overall customer experience. Until then, I would advise others to take their business elsewhere
