We went for a lunch on Sunday afternoon. We ordered a potato starter for my child. It was delivered 30 mins later. It took a loong time for every food order to be delivered. It took them 10 mins to give us spoons and we finally got fed up and took it from a nearby empty table. An iced tea was conveniently forgotten. A platter took 45 mins to serve, after 4 reminders. No response from staff. When asked why is it taking so long& are there any issues: the staff said kitchen is making late a, not me. Duh. Interestingly, we ordered Korea Bibimbap bowl. We were served oriental sizzler. Looking at it, we knew ur was wrong. But the server said it is correct. However the taste was just like American Chopsuey. Sweet and full of tomato ketchup. Gochujang was missing, Kimchi was missing. Worst service. Sub par food. No consideration for waiting customers. Cannot even give clean spoons. It used to be such

Best cozy ambience of outdoor & spacious indoor. Taste of food is quite good. Service is worst at its peak. Didn't see more than 3 people for table service. Been here for more than 4-5 Times. Would appreciate if they work on their service and pricing.
