The food is slightly overpriced for the quality served. Meals arrive on thermocol plates with no cutlery provided. The tiny open waiting area has only a couple of stone benches on the walkway, is full of mosquitoes, and offers no baby seat. Parking is roadside only. Staff are frequently rude, unhelpful, and do not speak Tamil, making ordering difficult. Waiters are inattentive when busy. The same person serves food and clears tables. Drinks are excessively sweet. The entrance has a small door with a stiff automatic closer that can slam into guests. Suggestions: Stop using thermocol, provide proper plates and cutlery, improve staff training and language support, expand and shelter the waiting area with mosquito control, offer baby seating, and fix the door closer. Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Valet, Parking is unavailable Kid-friendliness: No baby seat
