not happy.Packaging Quality (Cake Shop Responsibility):If the cake was not properly secured in the box (e.g., no padding, stabilizer, or tape to keep the base from sliding), it's likely the cake shop's fault.Cakes should be packaged tightly enough to prevent movement during normal transport.

Looks like they are interested only in takeaways. When we ordered a cake and couple of snacks, the guy on the counter said, "careful not to put anything on floor"...never heard any cafes or restaurants saying this along while food is served. And it was a cake from cake shop... on top of it we had to ask for plates, spoons all one by one going to counter everytime...overall a cake shop which doesn't entertain people to eat cake even at their outlet. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
