They are using bad ingredients. Mostly cheap and unhealthy margarine in their products. For the heavy price theyre charging. This doesnt seem to be fair. Edit: Please check your cream bun. It contains margarine. Things were different with the old Navya branch in Vazhakkala which was undoubtedly the best ever bakery in that area. From below reviews I am sure there is a drop in quality with the products after navya renovated. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Sir, kindly get your facts right. Navya is among the first to introduce trans fat free products. Our products are free from artificial colours and flavours. We use natural colours from synthite,(which mainly exports to U.S), We use liquid egg to prevent contamination in production. We use pharmaceutical grade sugar from Parry. We are a baking unit which got five star rating from fssai from the time it has been introduced and maintaining the 5 star rating ever since.. We follow stringent process in production through ISO 22000. So we request you to cross check before making a statement. Thank you

Navya Bake Shop stocks great variety of cutlets , rolls and traditional Malayali snacks. All these are fresh and the taste excellent. The quality of the products are consistent. There is also plenty of traditional Malayali packaged snacks on offer. Best Bakers in the city with fine quality products which maintains the delicacy on each and every items. The well mannersed behaviour of staff's is appreciable. Best wishes..
