I recently visited this bakery after hearing a lot of good things about their food, and I must say the quality and taste truly lived up to the hype. The pastries were fresh, the snacks delicious, and everything I tried had that perfect homemade touch. If you're looking for a place with genuinely good food, this bakery won't disappoint. However, I had a very upsetting experience with the staff during my visit. I was there with my 9-month-old daughter, carrying her in my arms, and requested assistance in checking for an available seat. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. Not only did the staff fail to offer any help, but they didn’t even acknowledge me — which felt quite disrespectful and disheartening, especially as a mother managing a baby on my own. Good food is important, but so is kindness and basic courtesy — especially towards customers who might need a little help. I truly hope the management takes note and works on improving their customer service. I visited Jaya Bakery for the first time and tried their sweet Porotta and tea. The sweet Porotta is a must-try and costs only Rs. 25. The tea was also enjoyable. The bakery is located just before the Palarivattom roundabout when coming from Mamangalam. However, parking can be a bit challenging.
