Hands down one of my favorite go-to spots! Their beverages and pastries never disappoint—always fresh, flavorful, and perfect for any mood. Whether I'm grabbing a quick coffee or treating myself to their delicious desserts, everything is spot on. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. What really stands out is the staff—they’re super friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. It’s rare to find such consistent quality, both in service and food. Its a new coffee spot in Trivandrum that I visited twice. Here’s a detailed review of the experience: Food & Beverages Ordered : 1. Hazelnut Cold Coffee • Expected more, especially as it’s a coffee-centric spot, but it turned out to be average. 2. Hot Coffee with Hazelnut Flavour • Slightly better than the cold version but still an average experience overall. 3. Korean Cheese Bun • Usually a favourite snack of mine, but this one was slightly salty, and the cheese didn’t quite meet expectations. 4. Chicken Pie • Surprisingly good! The filling was generous, making it a standout among the items we tried. 5. Chicken Roll • The outer layer, reminiscent of a chicken puff, was soft and crispy. It tasted decent overall. 6. Chocolate Pastry • Not sure of the exact flavour, but this was my favourite from the menu. Rich, satisfying, and delicious. 7. Filter Coffee • Again, an average offering. Given that it’s a coffee-focused spot, I had hoped for more depth and flavour. Ambience : • Interior: Beautifully designed and well-organized, with a cozy and inviting vibe. • Seating: Ample seating despite being single-floored, making it a comfortable place to relax. • Service: The staff were friendly and polite. The setup is self-service. While the ambiance and service were great, the food and beverages were a mixed bag. Some items, like the chicken pie and chocolate pastry, were delightful, but others, especially the coffee, fell short of expectations for a coffee-focused establishment. Pandhal Coffee & Brews has potential but could benefit from fine-tuning its coffee offerings and certain snacks.
