ordered butterscotch pastry received chocolate which was salty pastry..... cold coffee was milk nothing else ... pathetic service by restaurant

I don't know how they got this much ratings .....actually i had a terrible experience from there .....i have ordered 2kg cake from there on friday and told them we want them on monday at 10am and they assured the same and we paid advance amount too but when we came there for collecting our cake on monday 12pm the shop is closed so i just contacted on the number they have given and when iam calling them they made me wait for more than 20 mins and they are telling they were preparing the order and its been 12:30 already and they told me i have to wait there again 30 mins to collect my order which i have given before 3 days so which made me so upset and made me cancel the order as we wont have enough time as we have to cut cake @1pm so we just ordered another cake from an alternative source. I assure that this will be the first and last time for me and my collegues to order something from there ........its really a very bad experience and a very bad customer service from them. Service: 1
