Terrible experience at Pan Asian with pathetic service . Service has degraded to the level of those like street vendors. Please exercise caution before visiting . We had pre booked a table for a family event which was totally spoilt by the ITC team. There was a cake to be served for the special day which never arrived. Secondly , cocktails were wrongly served or wrongly made. Sugar and salt interchanged. Food served on wrong table. Servers totally inexperienced and understaffed. No idea about recommended dishes . Service time from 45 mins to 1 hr with constant followup. Unclean cutlery , no change done unless asked. Shortage of cutlery,diff guests getting diff cutlery . It seemed we were in circus being fooled around. Manager was absent and took several attempts to reach him. Will be putting across the case in Consumer Forum . Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹2,000+ Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Nothing special for kids . Not even kid size cutlery or any small drawing sheet or kit which is usually there to engage the kid
