A Memorable Anniversary Celebration at Vintage AsiaCelebrating my brother's marriage anniversary at Vintage Asia, JW Marriott Kolkata, turned out to be an exceptional experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, the restaurant's amazing ambience set the perfect tone for our special evening.We began our culinary journey with an impressive selection of appetizers. The Butter Chilli Garlic Prawn was a delightful fusion of flavors, while the Rainbow Roll Sushi showcased impeccable freshness and artful presentation. The highlight of our starters was undoubtedly the Aromatic Peking Duck – perfectly crispy skin with tender, flavorful meat that melted in our mouths.To complement our meal, we explored three exceptional Japanese Suntory whiskey cocktails expertly crafted by Mr. Aniket and Mr. Alok from the bar. The Soju Cha, Japanese Sour, and Haiboru were nothing short of amazing, each drink perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. Their expertise and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience.The main course became even more special when Executive Chef Shantanu personally visited our table to recommend the Mongolian Peppered Lamb Chops. His suggestion was absolutely spot-on! The lamb was cooked to perfection – tender, succulent, and bursting with robust flavors that left us thoroughly impressed. We're grateful to Chef Shantanu for taking the time to ensure our meal was memorable.We concluded our wonderful evening with the Tanzania 63 dessert, which provided the perfect sweet finale to an already remarkable dinner.However, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service provided by Miss Arpita, our hostess for the evening. Her energetic, efficient, and ever-smiling demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. She was incredibly attentive to our requests, ensured our comfort throughout the meal, and patiently helped us navigate the menu. It was her thoughtfulness in arranging for Chef Shantanu to visit our table that added a personal touch to our celebration.Vintage Asia at JW Marriott Kolkata delivered not just a meal, but a complete experience that made my brother's anniversary truly memorable.
