I have been eating here frequently for the past few months. But recently there are few items missing in the meals. Today, I have ordered Ugadi Meals, they provided only some items from the menu, many items were missing, my friend ordered same but he got different items. When enquired they said this is not in our control. Then why the HELL you are running the restaurant ? Last week, the same happened with North Indian meals. They are not providing all items mentioned in the menu and they bill for the amount as per menu. What is the logic ? The staffs were lethargic. Totally disappointed. Visited today the restaurant for lunch. Waited for >10minutes waiter to come. When someone came to take the order after noticing their menu board displayed at entrance I have ordered for Combo-2 of Midday Bliss. That contains SOUP, GOBI MANCHURIAN, VEG NOODLE & VEG FRIED RICE. But the person came to my table to get the order said that the combo is only for ONLINE ORDER. Then I told him that it has mentioned that its available on Swiggy and Zomato and it did not mentioned it will not available for dining. They also mentioned that Lunch Combo is crafted to offer a wholesome DINING EXPERIENCE. Then he shouted at me saying it is our discretion to serve or not. I am a senior citizen of 65years age. He also forward against me to man handle. My question is why these people are entering this hotel business with such RUDE EMPLOYEES. Let them continue with their politics or running educational institutions. Why Im telling this that it is not first time I am experiencing with PADMAM RESTAURANT I have been forcefully either to cancel the party hall booking reserved THREE MONTHS in advance or to change the date of function which made me mental agony and distress just two days ahead of the function.
