We placed a bulk order from IVC Tiffin Center for a small ceremony at home, expecting decent quality. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. The idly was undercooked, pongal was like runny porridge, and the chapatis were too salty to eat. Sambar had no flavor — just watery dal. Our guests were visibly disappointed and left food on their plates. It was honestly embarrassing. When we raised it with the staff, they were dismissive and said, “This isn’t a 5-star hotel.” Definitely not recommended for events or any occasion. Meals taste good but that brinji very worst not able to eat (over chilli powder)and tiffen varieties taste good
