Sangeetha Veg Restaurant in Guindy continues to be my go-to spot for both breakfast and dinner, and my recent visit only reinforced why I keep coming back. On my latest visit, I tried their Podi Dosa, Idly, and Mushroom Fried Rice. The Podi Dosa was crispy and well-coated with spicy podi that added a nice kick to every bite. The idlis, as usual, were soft, fluffy, and served with a generous portion of chutneys and sambar—both of which were flavorful and complemented the dishes perfectly. The Mushroom Fried Rice was surprisingly satisfying, with a balanced mix of vegetables, mushrooms, and subtle spices.
