Urgent: Complaint Regarding HEAVY PLASTIC PIECE in Food Dear Manager, Hotel Murugan Idli Shop, Aryagowda Rd,West Mambalam, Chennai, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an terrible experience I had during my recent at your hotel. On 20/03/2025, I was purchased the Variety rice (sambar & tamarid), at your Murugan Idli Shop, Aryagowda Road,West Mambalam, Chennai and Discovered a HEAVY PLASTIC PIECE in my food and shocked luckily not swollen. This post a significant safety concern to customers, and I immediately brought the issue to the attention of your staff directly store & over the phone to Manager. However, I have not received any proper response from the hotel Management regarding my complaint. As a customer, I expect both quality service and safety standards to be a priority. I kindly request that you look into this issue promptly and provide an appropriate resolution. I look forward to your prompt response. Note : Photo proof's and bills attached.
