On 20/03/2025, I was purchased the Variety rice (sambar & tamarid), at your Murugan Idli Shop, Aryagowda Road,West Mambalam, Chennai and Discovered a HEAVY PLASTIC PIECE in my food and shocked luckily not swollen. This post a significant safety concern to customers, and I immediately brought the issue to the attention of your staff directly store & over the phone to Manager. However, I have not received any proper response from the hotel Management regarding my complaint. As a customer, I expect both quality service and safety standards to be a priority.
