After enjoying Dr. Arun's Photography And Vintage Camera Museum, it may be a good idea to visit this cafe. Carpe diem – the Italian cuisine waits for you. Come here for nicely cooked fried prawns, honey chicken and beef dip if you are hungry. It's worth visiting Outback on ECR because of good brownies, rice cakes and curry dessert. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve delicious beer. Great coffee is waiting for you at this place.

From the time we entered, though we had a prebooking, we were told that the place is fully booked even though it had empty tables with literally no one. We were asked to leave without an apology. If the restaurant is booked for the night why was the table booking accepted? The guy Lakshman blamed Zomato. After coming out I reached out to Zomato support and this Lakshman guy lied to Zomato saying I asked for a specific seat and since he could not offer it, I left the restaurant. I told Zomato rep to conference my call with the owner and immediately they said there is some confusion and that I can come. The same Lakshman guy again came and took the order without any guilty feeling or still no apology for his behaviour and attitude. Then comes the finishing touch by the same Lakshman guy again - the mac and cheese that we requested to parcel went missing and the guy said it is misplaced and he is not able to find it. Without any curtesy he said to wait so he can make the dish again, I denied and then he said he will refund. He started bargaining the refund and then without logic returned 400 for a 600 odd priced dish. I am never going back to this place. If I was the owner, I would definitely not have such people in my restaurant who is ruining the restaurant name.

The taste and quality of food needs to be improved, too much of ginger in the noodles that we ordered. Nothing unique in the food. Ambience is the only good part. Won’t recommend

My family and I had an unforgettable lunch experience at Outback on ECR! As we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the host, Ms. Karthika, who set the tone for a fantastic meal. The food was exceptional! I ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection and literally melted in my mouth. The flavors were rich and savory, and the portion was generous. The mash and peas on the side were addictive. My wife, son, and daughter equally enjoyed their meals. To quench our thirst, I opted for an iced Americano, which was expertly brewed and refreshing. But the pièce de résistance was the brandy-infused mud cake – decadent, moist, and utterly divine! The ambience of Outback on ECR was equally impressive. The décor was elegant, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. What truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality. Ms. Karthika and the staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured that our every need was met. In short, Outback on ECR is a must-visit destination for any foodie family! The combination of outstanding cuisine, exceptional service, and welcoming ambience makes it a true gem. Will I return? Absolutely, and with great enthusiasm!
