Every single item on the buffet spread was mediocre and some of them were terrible. For example, the malpua was like rubber. It just coudnt be torn. The starters tasted like hard stones. Didnt feel like i ate at a 5 star property. Is anyone at Taj property even doing quality check ?? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Service was Excellent and specially Mr. Naga was very kind & courteous. The paneer dishes were too good to be true, the chicken biriyani was tasty! While in breakfast we had nice chat with Chef John Jacob, his almond croissant was delicious with a cappuccino! Overall the service in the Seagull restaurant was memorable.
