The breakfast was really awesome as it's common for all tata group of hotels, but we had a horrible experience during lunch. Though we reported our concerns about the food, no proper action was taken. When we asked to speak to the chef, he sent his junior, saying he was busy serving and focusing only on his friends and a few ex-employees. We believe his name is Dinesh. His behavior and lack of attention to other guests really spoiled our dining experience at Seagull. We strongly feel the management should instruct him to treat all customers equally and pay proper attention to dish selection and service. It would also help if he visited other nearby star hotels to understand how they manage their food quality and customer service. Surprised by quality provided in taj. I highly recommend not to eat buffet. Its terrible choice. I feel bloated after eating 2 appetizers. Quality of food is not what i expected. Had a memorable experience at this restaurant with my family. Ideal for private family dinners with wonderful service by the staff. The seafood catch was fresh and the staff went beyond their way in making it an unforgettable day for you.
